These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any Supplemental Terms, Conditions, or Rules posted to a specific area of this Site (collectively, "Terms"), establish the legally binding terms that govern your use of this Site. Submissions of photos. You can upload personal photos to certain sections of this website. Your Complete Dealer Care product's visual and textual representation is the general goal of these submissions. We recommend that you include a high-quality picture of your product as well as a precise, pertinent textual description. You are aware that all submitted photos are subject to review and removal, and that not all kinds of photos can be used. A general list of photo restrictions is as follows:
• Photos cannot be sexually suggestive, unnecessarily violent, derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, professional, or age group, or contain nudity;• Photos cannot promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms or weapons (or their use), activities that may appear to be unsafe or dangerous, or a specific political agenda or message;• Photos can't be obscene, hurtful, or promote hate or a hate group;• Photos cannot be used to defame, misrepresent, or make derogatory remarks about Complete Dealer Care, its products, industry, or anyone else;• Without permission, photographs cannot include any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses, or street addresses; they also cannot advertise or promote any brand or product other than Complete Dealer Care; or they cannot contain any trademarks, logos, or trade dress owned by others.• Without permission, photographs cannot include copyrighted materials (such as photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art, or images published on or in websites, television, movies, or other media);• Without permission, photographs cannot contain materials that include names, likenesses, photographs, or other identifiers of living or deceased individuals;• Images can't convey messages or images that aren't in line with the goodwill and positive images that Complete Dealer Care wants to spread; • Photos can't show a violation and can't be in violation of any law themselves.
You acknowledge that your photo may, at our discretion, be posted on this Site by submitting it. Before uploading photos to the Site, we reserve the right to monitor or screen them. By submitting a photo, you agree that we are under no obligation to use or publish it.
You warrant and represent, by uploading a picture, that: a) it is your original work, accurately reflects your experience with our product, and depictions are based on your use of our product. b) It has never been published before; ( c) It has not won any awards before; ( d) it does not violate any individual or entity's copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights; ( e) You have the permission of the person whose name, image, or voice appears in the picture, if any; f) and that the photo will not violate any third-party rights if it is published in any form, including online; In addition, in case of any claims to the contrary, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Complete Dealer Care and any parties involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the photo submission.
By submitting a photo, you acknowledge that Complete Dealer Care is free to use the ideas contained in the photo for any purpose or disclose them to anyone on a non-confidential basis with no obligation to you. Additionally, you acknowledge that Complete Dealer Care is not obligated to use the ideas in any way.
You are aware that by uploading a photo, you grant Complete Dealer Care and its representatives an unrestricted worldwide perpetual license to publish and use the image in any way, in any media, and without compensation to you. By accepting your submission, you agree that Complete Dealer Care does not waive any rights to use ideas that are similar to or related to what we have already known, developed by employees of Complete Dealer Care, or obtained from sources other than you.

The procedures outlined in this paragraph shall be the sole and exclusive means of resolving any controversy, claim, or dispute between the parties, including but not limited to alleged violations of state or federal statutory or common law rights or duties (a "Dispute").
